I want to eliminate what I call the start-up tax. Before you do anything to start a new business you have got to pay the state an $800 LLC fee. I want to eliminate the state capital gains tax. We are one of a handful of states around us that has a very high state capital gains tax. I want to increase the R&D tax credit from 15 percent to 20 percent. That will give employers the confidence to hire.
