I don't think that taking guys down to minimum wage when they have mortgages and families and kids in college - that doesn't seem the way to go. If you can't afford it, you've got to cut and make tough decisions, but don't bring the pay down to $7 to $8 an hour. Yeah, it's going to catch some people - they've got mortgages, how are they going to do that?
